<p>Working directly with the National Injury Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end return-to-work process for injured workers. This includes the timely triage and lodgement of new claims and the coordination of tailored RTW plans that meet both the needs of the injured worker and the employer’s obligations under NSW legislation.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Managing the initial triage and lodgement of workers compensation claims in a prompt and efficient manner.</p></li>
<li><p>Developing and maintaining individualised return-to-work plans that promote recovery and support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.</p></li>
<li><p>Maintaining regular and proactive communication with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to monitor progress and resolve issues.</p></li>
<li><p>Conducting comprehensive claim reviews to assess recovery milestones and recommend timely interventions.</p></li>
<li><p>Administering preferred injury management systems for allocated clients and generating detailed reports to support claims management and stakeholder engagement.</p></li>

<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>

<li><p>Return to Work Coordinator accreditation and experience is essential</p></li>
<li><p>Tertiary qualifications in allied health preferred, but not compulsory</p></li>
